The leading championship for these cars is the FI World Endurance Championships Which comprises of the FIA GT1 as its main series.
Stock Car Racing
These categories of races are most popular in the United States, and they have customized specifications, mainly built for the races. The tracks for these races are generally oval, and the racers are pushed to reach their goals with the presence of tremendous amount of laps.

It is the primary form of car racing, and it is mostly introduced for the straight lines and the streets that involves racing stunts as well, called dragging. The main aim of drag racing is to drive and race the other cars to beat them as fast as possible. They’re generally held on the track of short distances like 200meters or 400 meters.
The name itself speaks volumes for these kinds of races. They’re generally taken place in off-roads like sand, mud, riverbeds and other natural terrains.
